- Badges you're working on and have earned
- Evidence you upload (photos, videos, descriptions)
- Troop memberships and interactions
- Comments and feedback you provide
Technical Data
- Device type and browser information
- IP address and general location (country/region level)
- Pages visited and features used
- Error logs to help us fix issues
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide Scouts+ services - Track your progress, connect you with troops, deliver physical badges
- To improve our platform - Understand how features are used, fix bugs, develop new features
- To communicate with you - Send badge notifications, troop updates, and important service announcements
- To process payments - Handle subscriptions and physical badge purchases through Stripe
- To maintain security - Detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect our community
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these situations:
- With your troop - Other members can see your scout name, badges, and evidence you share
- Service providers - We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Printful (badge fulfillment)
- Legal requirements - If required by law or to protect safety
- With your consent - When you explicitly agree to share information

We protect your data with:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
- Row-level security in our database
- Regular security reviews and updates
- Limited employee access to personal data

- Correct - Update inaccurate information in your profile

Scouts+ is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
